Guidelines To Booking

• Please book your appointment for the best time that works for you. You’re allowed a 15 min grace period for your appointment.

• IF YOUR MORE THAN 10 MINS LATE A $10 FEE WILL BE CHARGED. AFTER 15 MINS APPOINTMENT WILL POTENTIALLY BE CANCELLED & DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. Please call or notify your tech in the event of tardiness.

• $20 deposit required when booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will go toward your service.

• SAME DAY cancellation - deposit will be FORFEITED.

• No Call /No show will be BANNED!

• Reschedule appointment with a 24 hour notice please. Anything after 24 hrs will require a new deposit when rescheduling.

• Be mindful that I may have other clients booked after your appointment & would love to keep the flow of business smooth.

• Remaining payment options are cash or card. Cash PREFERRED; card payments will INCLUDE a $3 Transaction Fee to process.

• SILENT APPTS are offered! However, I will ask questions related to nails (Do you like the shape?, What design are we doing today?..) please be sure to select the option - SILENT APPT- on “terms & conditions” page.

• Unfortunately, I don’t work over other techs work.
